Pricing

Below is a guide for my current rates, either for set bookings or Wedding Packages. These are only a guide and will depend on location, date and event details, so please Contact Me for a more accurate quote.

For any booking I'll provide a full PA system with everything I need to perform, that is adaptable to both small and large venues. All my equipment is PAT tested and I also have Public Liability Insurance up to £5million, these certificates can be provided if needed.

I will also provide a playlist that I can put on during any breaks with songs of your choice, and included in all of my quotes are up to 3 song requests, or all song requests if you have booked me for your Wedding Ceremony, Breakfast Entrance and First Dance, that you’d like me to learn (this is dependent on the time between booking and the event). For example, if you decided to book me for your ceremony, I would learn any songs that you’d like me to play for your aisle walk, register signing and exit (or more!). I will also send over all your Ceremony, Wedding Breakfast Entrance and First Dance demos beforehand so that you can hear them prior, make sure they're exactly what you're looking for, get familiar with them and I can make any changes if needed! I like to tailor everything as best as I can so that it’s special to you and your day.

The guides below are only a rough estimation and quotes will be dependent on further details including dates, times and travel/accommodation costs*. These packages are completely flexible so please do let me know if you're thinking about having a different combination or structure for your live music! If you'd like to book me for a more bespoke event, such as a proposal or a surprise anniversary, please send me a message and I will be able to share a quote.

*Travel fee will be calculated as 40p per mile from ME16 and will be added to your package fee. Bookings 200 miles+ or 4+ hours driving time from ME16 will be charged a £200 overnight/travel time fee. This will be dependant on booking time and may apply to early start or late finish bookings depending on location.

WEDDING PACKAGES

Packages are fully flexible so for a more accurate quote please specify in your message which parts of your day you're planning on having live music!

SINGLE PACKAGE

Any single part of your day, such as your Ceremony, Drinks Reception, Wedding Breakfast, Evening Guest Arrival / Room Turnover, or First Dance

FROM : £380

DOUBLE PACKAGE

Consecutive combination of two parts of your day, for example your Ceremony & Drinks Reception, or Drinks Reception & Wedding Breakfast

FROM : £500

TRIPLE PACKAGE

Consecutive combination of three parts of your day, for example your Ceremony, Drinks Reception & Wedding Breakfast

FROM : £620

If booking your First Dance as a single song as part of a consecutive double or triple package, your quote will be as above, minus £60 (50% off the First Dance package).

FULL DAY PACKAGE

FROM : £800

From the tear-jerking Ceremony Music, to the chilled acoustic drinks, party anthems for the finale of your Wedding Breakfast to your unforgettable First Dance, I will be the soundtrack for your day, from the very beginning all the way through to your evening entertainment!

WHAT'S INCLUDED:

20 minutes of Pre-ceremony music while your guests arrive
All Ceremony songs and specially learned requests for your aisle walk, register signing and exit (usually totals at 4 but as many as your heart desires!🥹)
Demos sent to you beforehand (for you to keep and to make sure everything’s perfect! We can go back and forth on these as many times as necessary)
80-90 minutes of music for your Drinks Reception across 1.5-2 hours*
90-100 minutes of music for your Wedding Breakfast across 2-2.5 hours*
Wedding Breakfast Entrance song (learned request with demo sent beforehand)
60-90 minutes of music for your Evening Guest Arrival / Room Turnover*
First Dance song (learned request with demo sent beforehand)
